Khadijat Oluwatosin Adesina

CEO

My name is Khadijat Oluwatosin Adesina and people know me by (Khadi or Tosin).

I am a registered General nurse for over 5 years.
I have a degree in Accounting and Finance in 2009.

I have a passion for looking after people and I realised that helping people was a gift from God, so I went to study nursing and I have a post-graduate degree in Adult Nursing.

I further went to do my PGCE in teaching in 2023 and now have a teaching and assessment certificate in teaching.

I enjoy helping people from different backgrounds, as I said earlier, for me helping people is a gift from God, and people around me can testify to that.

I have a great passion for working with people who are facing any form of abuse.

I want to help them see the light again and help them identify themselves better than before, because any form of abuse is not nice at all and no one deserves to be abused.

I believe God has called me to use my gift for my people and I am answering the call of God.

I am honoured to be part of this great team.

Nadia is no longer an active volunteer with the charity due to other commitments, although she continues to have a passion for working with vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals to provide the right support, in the correct sequence that will support individuals to re-build self-esteem and confidence, thus empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
